Alyson Pereira, MA, CCC-SLP
Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist
Alyson has more than 15 years of experience working with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children. She has extensive experience supporting children with speech sound disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, language delays, fluency disorders, and communication challenges associated with autism spectrum disorder. Additionally, she has completed advanced training in gestalt language processing to support children with diverse communication and language development needs.
She earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from UNC Greensboro in 2011. Alyson holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
Alyson grew up in Cary and now lives in Apex with her husband and three children. As both a mother and a speech-language pathologist, she is passionate about helping children reach their full communication potential. She is committed to providing personalized, family-centered care and empowering families with the knowledge and tools needed to support their child’s communication development.
